The Luciano family was a small crew headed by Arber162. It was intended to be a starter clan to sort out who was worthy to join the ranks of the Scarfo family.
History
The Luciano family made most of its money through dicing and doubling. Arber162 intended to open a casino, but dicing was outlawed only days before the scheduled opening. Soon after these events, the best members of the Luciano family were absorbed into the ranks of the Scarfo family. The clan was then formally disbanded.
